How ClientBridge works
Your AI toolkit gets you a finished deliverable in minutes. ClientBridge gets that deliverable in front of a real prospect — the message that turns a finished piece of work into an actual conversation.
1 Make something first
Before you open the Message Generator tab, produce something for a real prospect — an audit, a blog package, a report, whatever fits. You'll describe it in the next step.
2 Fill in the form
Open the Message Generator tab and fill in:
- Pick the Department you used (Marketing, Affiliate, Publishing, Consulting, or Content).
- Pick the What did you make? option — this matches the specific AI employee who built it.
- Type the prospect's Their name and Their business.
- Optionally add their City / area and a Link to what you made (a doc link, a file link, anything you can paste).
- Add Your name so the messages are signed — ClientBridge remembers it next time.
3 Generate and send
Click Generate Messages. You'll get three ready-to-copy messages:
- First message — send it today.
- Follow-up 1 — send it if you haven't heard back in about 3 days.
- Follow-up 2 — a final, low-pressure nudge for about a week later.
Use the Copy button on each card and paste it into email, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, or wherever you're reaching that prospect.
4 Come back later for the follow-ups
Every prospect you generate messages for is automatically saved to the Saved Messages tab — nothing to click, it just happens. Since follow-ups aren't due for days, this is where you check back:
- Each saved prospect shows how long ago you generated their messages, and which one is due next.
- Click View Messages on any card to open all three again and copy the one you need.
- Working a different department or a new prospect? Just go back to Message Generator and fill in a new one — old ones stay saved.
- Done with a prospect? Click Delete to remove them from the list.
✓ One thing to know
ClientBridge runs entirely in your browser. There's no account, no server, and nothing you type is ever sent anywhere — your name, last-used details, and every saved prospect are stored only in this browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data or switching devices will lose them.
